Who Am I?

At the moment we (my daughter Anja, my son Blaž and me) share our life with 8 sammies, five females and three males. They are our family members too.

The Samoyeds have been part of my life since 1986. I saw the first Samoyed on the dogshow, and I have to say that this was “love at first sight”. After three months I`ve got my first female Ina. In 1993 I`ve got another female Pola and from Pola`s first litter, in 1996 I kept my Shenna.

In 1999 I`ve breed my first litter with Shenna, registered at FCI under the Kennelname BLANJA POLAR.

4 generations in Kennel Blanja Polar:

I`ve become very active in cynology, and in 2003 i became a judge for breed Bernese mountain dog, and I was also a member of the Kennel commission for this breed and I´m also the member of some other breeds clubs. From June 2005 to March 2008 I was a chairman of the Commission on technical issuess at Kennel Club Slovenia.

For my participation in the cynology I was awarded with the silver symbol of Merit by Kennel Club Slovenia .
